We send a large volume of envelopes and have lots of users, it can be quite time consuming scrolling through the account looking for the exact envelope I need. Anyone have any tips on searching for a particular envelope?
Hello! There are a few different ways you can search for an envelope on your account. If you happen to know the exact title of your envelope, you can type this into the search bar while in the ‘Envelopes’ tab. Alternatively you can search via the recipient’s name by clicking on the search bar, clicking ‘By Recipient’ and then entering their name. It’s also possible to search ‘By Sender’ and ‘Date Created’ to filter even further. Another way, and a favourite of the Support Team’s, is by going to the contacts tab on the left of the account and searching for the recipient’s name, then clicking into it to see all envelopes associated with them.
