I’ve sent my envelope, but my signer is not receiving the email. They have checked their junk and spam and can’t see it there - what could be happening?
Hi Kayleigh! We sometimes see this happen from time to time if the signer’s email security settings are a little stricter than usual - thankfully there’s a quick fix! Just ask your signer to add hello@signable.app and document@signable.app to their contacts in their inbox, this adds us to their safe senders list. Once that’s been done, just click ‘Resend’ on the envelope and the email should come through without any issues.
