Sharing Templates

Hello!

I’ve just signed up for the free trial. Can someone help me understand…

If we don’t sign up at a level that allows Teams, are all our Templates still shared and accessible across all Company users?

Hey Jon, welcome to the community!

This will be no problem, the sharing settings of templates and envelopes are not affected by the ‘Teams’ feature. The Teams feature is just to allow you to share envelopes and templates with a specific team as a whole, or specific users. Without it, you can still share with the whole account, or you can keep them private! :blush:
