Hi there - I would really love to have the option to arrange templates into folders, as once you have created a few, it is visually a bit busy on the screen, particularly if you have lots of little teams using various templates. Would this be possible in the future please? Thank you!

Hi, we would like to be able to vary the reminder regularity based on the recipient in the same chain, i.e. daily reminder to the student, weekly reminder to the college

we would like to sort/filter forms by academic year, and bulk cancel those that are incomplete at the end of the year so that the dashboard stats are realistic

Both really great suggestions, please do add them to our feature suggestion page above, or give them an upvote if they’ve already been raised!

The only thing I can think of that might help in the interim - if your envelopes include the academic year in the title, you can search via the year in the search bar on your account and then set it up to show you those that are still ‘In Progress’. You can then go though them and cancel those that are no longer needed. I can appreciate that having the ability to do this in bulk would be the handiest thing, so please do give that an upvote on our feature request page! :blush:

I think the product ideas board needs more regular attention. For example, Signable - :light_bulb: Ideas is over 4 years old with 60 votes and has no written feedback. Two years ago, Signable - :light_bulb: Ideas was marked as started but has no further updates. There’s useful feedback from customers, but it needs maintenance - merging, encouraging, declining etc. and I’ve replied to another user’s request this morning where some functionality already exists for the thing they want. Recently there have been new suggestions every couple of days or so from the customer side. Thanks!

Hi Chris! Thanks for the feedback on this, I do agree, the Fider platform does need a little work - however I’m happy to say that we plan on migrating the feature request functionality over here to the community this year. This means we’ll have more access to all of the requests, and will be able to have a bit more of a conversation with community members.

I’ve raised what you mentioned about the request for SSO to the relevant team to see if they can provide more of an update now that a considerable amount of time has passed :blush:
