I’m going to be sending confidential agreements, I need to make sure other users cannot see them - how can I do this?
To ensure users won’t be able to see each other’s envelopes, just make sure their role is set to ‘User’ and your envelopes are set to ‘Private’. You can check and amend user permissions by going to ‘Users + Teams’ on the left of your account and clicking into the user in question. Anyone who is set as ‘User’ will only be able to see the envelopes they send out themselves, envelopes that have been shared with them specifically, or with the account as a whole. Anyone set as ‘Super Admin’ will be able to see all envelopes on the account, even if they’re set as private.
