My 2FA code is not working/I’m being asked for a code that I don’t have

I’m trying to log in and I’m being asked for a code for two factor authentication which I don’t have/it is not working - what can I do?

Hello! If the 2FA code on your authenticator app is no longer working, or you cannot find any code to provide, all you’ll need to do is ask a Super Admin on your account to reset 2FA for you. They can just head to ‘Users and Teams’ on the left of their account, click into your name, then Security, and finally ‘Reset 2FA’. You’ll then be met with a QR code on your log in screen which you can scan with your authenticator app to allow you to get set up and logged in again.
