Signable is evolving to include Advanced Electronic Signature capabilities, seamlessly integrated into the platform you use every day!

What does this mean for you?

It means more security and integrity for every document signed through our platform. With advanced electronic signatures, you’ll benefit from:

  • Unique identification: Each signature is uniquely linked to the signer, verifying the identity of the individual.
  • Exclusive control: The signer has sole control over their signature, ensuring that no one else can use it.
  • Change detection: Any alteration after the signature is made is detectable, preserving the document’s integrity.

What’s coming next?

In our commitment to becoming an advanced electronic signature provider, we’ll soon be rolling out some exciting new features:

  1. Digital Signing: We’re taking your documents’ security to a new level. Think of it as wrapping your documents in a digital shrink-wrap that’s completely tamper-proof. And the best part? It’s all automatic. You won’t have to lift a finger - the extra protection will seamlessly integrate into every document you send.
  2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Signers: Soon, you’ll have the option to require UK recipients to enter a one-time code sent to their mobile device via SMS. This confirms their identity before they can view or sign a document, adding an extra layer of security to the signing process.
