Did you know you can get documents signed in an alternative way?

This year will mark my 5th year at Signable. I am really excited to still be part of the Customer Success team at Signable. I love that I can work with customers from all around the world, in many different industries, improve their workflows and optimise their day to day processes.

One thing that I have discovered lately, is that not every customer is aware of our technical capabilities, and how we can connect to third party software or how documents can be presented to customers for signing.

Did you know that you can create a form on your website for signing?

Imagine you were a storage company and wanted to embed a booking form on your website. Or you were a legal company, that wanted to capture new client details - With a Signable account, you can very easily do this!

Did you know that you can embed documents for signing within your product? Without sending an email for signing!

If you have a customer portal, where you capture and verify the details of your customers. You can embed a range of unique documents for that individual signer within your platform. Perfect for loan agreements, tenancy packs or even student enrollment forms.

Did you know you could send a mass email for individual signers to complete?

You can send via your email provider/mail chimp a form to be completed to everyone in your mailbox! We see this being used in HR, Marketing and Real Estate industries!

And finally, if you have the verification capabilities and SMS carrier, did you know, you could text signers their link to sign?

This feature is available using the Signable API. Please contact Success for more information.

Please vote for an out of the box “text the link to signers” feature request here

If any of the above seems of interest, feel free to message the Customer Success team anytime via help@signable.co.uk. Most of these features and processes are already included within certain plans. We would love to see how we can help your business!
