I’ve just logged in and my account says that I have 0 credits left. We are usually on a monthly recurring plan, anyone know why our accounts has switched to PAYG?

Hi Shauna! Your account may switch to Pay As You Go if payment for your plan has failed 3 times. If this happens don’t worry, we can easily get you back on plan! Just get in touch with our Support Team to let them know and they will be able to advise on next steps and get you back on plan.
