Log in to the Signable community by using your Signable credentials or Register completely free with Signable to create your single sign-on login

If I use the Login button at the top of the screen when I first visit community.signable.app then instead of login me into the community it logs me into the signing system. They only way I can login to the community is to hit “reply” to a message and login using the screen that then pops up. That’s not very intuitive.
Hello there - thanks for raising this! Bit of an odd one, isn’t it? I’ve tried to replicate this on my end, being both logged out of Signable before attempting to log in here and being logged in and in both cases - by selecting ‘Log In’ on this site, it takes me to the Signable log-in window as is expected but after entering my details, brings me to the community site as designed!
When you click the log in button at the top, is your experience that after entering your details - it takes you through to your Signable account and not back to the community page?

Yes that’s exactly what I get. I end up in the main signable system rather than the community.
If I’m not signed in and click on reply in the community it takes me to a slightly different login screen and then successfully back to the community after login so it seems it’s just using the login button top right of the community home page that causes the issue.

Hi Chris, I’ve been looking into this for you but cannot seem to replicate it, strangely!
Can I ask, can you manage to log in successfully when logging in via your Signable account? You can log in by going to Help and Support in the top right. You’ll see log in for the community at the bottom.
Let me know if that doesn’t help!
