# My document won’t upload at all/looks different

My document won’t upload, it’s just loading continuously/my document has uploaded but it looks different to the original

If you are having issues uploading your document, or upon uploading it is not appearing as it should, you may need to flatten your document! Flattening your document essentially changes the format to one that’s a little more recognisable to the system. Once this has been done, uploading shouldn’t be an issue!
