We send a large volume of envelopes and have lots of users, it can be quite time consuming scrolling through the account looking for the exact envelope I need. I have a few checkbox options that my signer can choose from. At the moment they have to tick them all in order to submit the envelope. I’ve sent my envelope, but my signer is not receiving the email. They have checked their junk and spam and can’t see it there - what could be happening?
